Harry Potter Tribute Exhibit Blends Concept and Traditional Art, Is Amazeballs


If you’re planning on being in California in July and your a fan of both fine art and Harry Potter, then this is definitely something you should check out.

Running from July 9th through August 1st, the Harry Potter Tribute Exhibit will feature artistic interpretations of J.K. Rowling’s wizarding world in a most excellent whimically epic fashion. Seriously the pieces they’ve got posted so far are amazing. Here is a description along with a few of my favorites below.

The Harry Potter Tribute Art Exhibition is a collection of work gathered through private invitations, open submissions and the common love for all things Harry Potter.

Opening in our gallery July 9 2011, a week before the final Harry Potter film, the exhibition will feature over 50 artists and nearly 100 tribute works in paintings, sculptures and installations.
