It Wouldn’t Be BEETLEJUICE 2 Without These Two

Beetlejuice is one of my stop-every-thing-must-watch movies. If it’s playing on TV, we’re watching it. I love the idea of another Beetlejuice movie but it would not be done in any manner of justice without the combined awesomeness of director Tim Burton and undead star Michael Keaton.

We reported back in September of 2011 that Seth Grahame-Smith and David Katzenberg of KatzSmith Productions were looking to make the sequel a reality. Now they’ve managed to get Burton and Keaton in talks to do the sequel (tentatively titled Beetlejuice 2) for Warner Bros., according to The Wrap. And while I agree with them that Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children will likely be made before Beetlejuice 2, it is happening. That is worth getting excited about!

We’ll keep you posted on the latest for Beetlejuice 2 starring Michael Keaton.
