With the conclusion of this most recent season of Fox’s “Fringe”, we thought we had seen the last scenes Leonard Nimoy would ever perform after his recent announcement to retire from acting, but there is a glimmer of hope. Nimoy has suggested that his character on “Fringe” could make another appearance on the show.

Nimoy’s character, William Bell, presumably died in the season finale. Nimoy gives us a glimmer of hope:

“Do I think he’s really dead? Do I think William Bell is really dead? This is science fiction. I have died in science fiction many times and somehow magically or scientifically come back. Given that he has disintegrated, what happens in the future remains to be seen.”
