Los Angeles, watch out! Warner Bros. Pictures is about to unleash some dinosaur action on the streets of L.A. with this new project that the studio just picked up. This untitled pitch was originally developed as a web series, but now, it may see big screen time.
According to Deadline, Warner Bros. Pictures has bought a pitch about “a rapidly evolving species of dinosaurs who attack modern Los Angeles.” The script was written by Mike Bayman and the project will be helmed by John Clisham, who is “a longtime employee at James Cameron’s Lightstorm Entertainment and who recently worked on the Titanic 3Dconversion.”
This project was originally developed by Break Media, an online network, to be a web series. Warner Bros. Pictures saw early tests of the project and swooped in to pick it up as a feature film. Break Media’s Greg Siegel will serve as executive producer with Scott Nocas.
