The vampire trend is hot, hot, hot!  So it surprised more than some when CBS cancelled “Moonlight”, a show about a vampire P.I., for low ratings.  Fans have been rallying around the rumor that the vampire trend will be able to resurrect the cult hit show.

Gabrielle Stanton, a writer and executive producer for the original show, says that these rumors, though hopeful, are unfortunately not true.

CBS has denied opening an online forum to test fan reaction to bringing the show back. So there you have it, folks, “Moonlight” is still dead.
