It’s time for another installment of Doctor Who: The Doctors Revisited! Velvet smoking jackets and frilly shirts were donned by the 3rd Doctor (Jon Pertwee) who spent most of his time exiled on Earth by the Time Lords. He was often seen with a yellow car named Bessie and was proficient at hand to hand combat. This, ladies and gentlemen, is the man responsible for uttering, “reverse the polarity of the neutron flow.”
