Back in February, producer Lorenzo Di Bonaventura confirmed that director Michael Bay (Pain and Gain) would be directing the upcoming fourth installment of the Transformers franchise for Paramount Pictures.

The director recently told the LATimes that:

“the fourth film will include some redesign of the robots and an entirely new cast. He also said it will be his last and set the franchise up ‘for the next guy.'”

The as yet Untitled Transformers Sequel (Reboot) is slated to hit theaters on June 29, 2014.
