This post promises to be a pun free zone, and after you see the new trailer for Sony Pictures’ Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2 you’ll see why. This trailer is so full of food puns that I think it actually gave me a toothache. Hopefully future trailers will have jokes that don’t require more puns and it majority of them are what we see here. Frankly, my kids will love love love the jokes.

Don’t get me wrong. This movie sure looks pretty and they ideas for the continuation of the concept are great. I’m just holding out bigger hope for the comedy for the grown ups present.
