A few weeks ago, we updated you on the release date shuffle that Warner Bros. did for Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim. Del Toro’s monsters-and-mechs film will now premiere back to its original date of July 12, 2013. Filming currently in downtown Toronto, we’ve got a look at the how Pacific Rim has transformed the Canadian city into post-sea monster invaded Tokyo.

Pacific Rim stars Idris Elba, Ron Perlman, Charlie Hunnam, Charlie Day, Chifton Collins Jr., Max Martini, Rinko Kikuchi, and Diego Klattenhoff. Del Toro helms the film with a script by Travis Beacham.
