The BBC/Starz series Torchwood adds another regular to its cast this week. Bill Pullman (Too Big To Fail, Lost Highway) has been cast as Oswald Jones, “a dangerously clever convicted murderer who escapes his lifelong prison sentence on a technicality and quickly becomes a media sensation. Genuinely repentant yet boiling with lust and rage, Oswald gets caught up in a terrifying worldwide crisis.”

Pullman will play opposite the surviving members of the Torchwood team, Captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman) and Gwen Cooper (Eve Myles) and new character CIA Agent Rex Matheson (Mekhi Phifer).
