Colin Baker, the 6th Doctor, does fall into my bottom 3 in Doctor ranking of Doctor Who Doctors BUT he is the only Doctor that I’ve had the good fortune to meet and get an autograph from. I was probably 7. He was very sweet and he said he liked my name so much he wanted to trade. This is the Doctor you could spot from a mile away in his patchwork coat.
