Just yesterday, we brought you the news about Elizabeth Banks (Man on a Ledge, Welcome to People) and relative newcomers, Dayo Okeniyi (Slew Hampshire) and Amandla Stenberg (Falling Skies) joining the cast of the Gary Ross (Pleasantville) directed big-screen adaptation of the first novel in Suzanne Collins‘ best selling trilogy, The Hunger Games.
Now, The Hunger Games Facebook page has announced that Levin Rambin (CSI: Miami, Wizards of Waverly Place) and Jack Quaid (son of Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan) have been cast in the film as Marvel and Glimmer, two tributes from District 1, where they are among a group known as the “Careers.”
The Hunger Games is slated to hit theaters on March 23rd, 2012.
