The Clockwork Girl: Luximation Films Starts Production On The Arcana Studios Comic Adaptation


Luximation Films have begun production on the computer animated big-screen adaptation of the Arcana Studios comic book series created by Sean Patrick O’Reilly and Kevin Konrad Hanna entitled, The Clockwork Girl. The film is being directed by Hanna and produced by O’Reilly.

The Clockwork Girl is a coming of age story of Tesla, a robot girl, and Huxley, a monster boy, who embark on a journey to save their world from destruction. Check out a sneak peek from Luximation Films below!

Sneak Peek: The Clockwork Girl

The Clockwork Girl employs the voice work of  Alexa Vega (Spy Kids) as the voice of Tesla, Jesse McCartney (Alvin and the Chipmunks, Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who) as Huxley, Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix) as Admiral Wells, Brad Garrett (Everybody Loves Raymond) as T-Bolt and Jeffrey Tambor (Arrested Development) as Wilhelm.

The Clockwork Girl is slated to hit theaters in 2011.
