NBC’s superhero series The Cape premieres this Sunday where we will see Vince Faraday (David Lyons), a cop framed for a crime he didn’t commit, take on the persona of his son Tripp’s favorite comic book character. With the help of a well-equipped blogger, Orwell (Summer Glau), The Cape fights for justice in Palm City.
From earlier teasers and promo pics, we see what kind of colorful and visually stunning villains The Cape goes up against, but now, fans will get the chance to create their own villain to appear on the show. NBC is searching for “original and colorful villains that wield unique abilities, quirks, and obsessions.” To enter NBC’s contest, go to http://www.nbc.com/the-cape/, submit your villain’s name, description, and your best sketch. The creator and executive producer of the show, Tom Wheeler, will be one of the judges of the contest. The deadline is January 28, 2011.
