The American version of the acclaimed British series, Being Human, is nearly here! SyFy has imported the story of three roommates: a vampire, werewolf and a ghost living together, struggling to find normalcy in their lives despite their supernatural natures. The show stars Sam Witwer (Battlestar Galactica, Smallville), Meaghan Rath (The Assistants), Sam Huntington (Superman Returns), and Mark Pellegrino (Supernatural, Lost). Toby Whithouse, creator of the original BBC series, is not involved with this version of Being Human. Husband and wife team, Jeremy Carver (Supernatural) and Anna Fricke (Everwood) along with Michael Prupas (The Pillars of the Earth) and Adam Kane (Boondock Saints) make up the executive producer team. Kane also serves as the show’s director.

SyFy’s Being Human premieres on Monday, January 17, 2011 at 9/8C.
