Stan Lee Talks About His Role On MARVEL SUPER HERO SQUAD


Tomorrow, comic book legend Stan Lee (co-creater of Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, the X-Men, Iron Man, the Hulk, and Thor) takes the spotlight playing the Mayor of Superhero City in the new episode of “Marvel Super Hero Squad,” the animated series featuring cutesy versions of popular Marvel Comics characters who fight for control of the powerful “Infinity Fractals” in Superhero City and Villainville.

In tomorrow’s episode, The Mayor’s term ends when the villainous Egghead rigs the election and Stan “The Man” Lee gave up some details on the new episode.

Stan said,

“They’ve finally given me a little bit of authority, I’m the mayor of Superhero City and you better treat me with the proper respect.”

“I actually lose the election, A villain named Egghead wins the election by doing a lot of illegal villainous things, and it’s pretty heavy dramatically … I almost get choked up when I have to describe this.”

He shared some details reassuring MSHS fans about his character’s future on the show.

Lee revealed,

“I don’t want you to worry, because it has a happy ending, I commandeer Iron Man’s armor, and in that armor, I save the city.”

Lee said – laughing,

“I have finally become the superhero that I was destined to be,”
