Sometimes a good cameo or two can actually save a movie that might have just been sort of meh. There’s something to be said for that jolt you get when you recognize someone on the high ranks of awesome playing a tiny one line role in a film. Guardians of the Galaxy viewers will be in for such a treat this summer according to director James Gunn.

Guardians of the Galaxy starring Chris Pratt, Bradley Cooper, Dave Bautista, John C. Reilly, Karen Gillan, Benicio Del Toro, Glenn Close, Vin Diesel, Zoe Saldana, Lee Pace, and Michael Rooker is slated to hit theaters August 1st, 2014.
