SDCC 2011: Steven Spielberg Talks Jurassic Park 4

While there have been rumors and nay-saying, back-and-forth about even the possibility of a new installment of Jurassic Park, much less ‘when’ it could happen. Steven Spielberg himself has now cleared the air. During the panel for The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn at San Diego’s Comic-Con, director Steven Spielberg took a minute to address the status of the long-awaited Jurassic Park IV.

The director said,

“We have a story, I can happily announce right now,” Spielberg said, “We have a writer… Hopefully, we’ll be making Jurassic Park IV in the near future. In the next two or three years.”

Jurassic Park IV could possibly hit theaters before 2015.
