Sam Raimi will reportedly produce and direct a big screen adaptation of Radical Publishing‘s graphic novel Earp: Saints for Sinners, written by Matthew Cirulnick and M. Zachary Sherman. David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman of Mandeville Films will produce the film for DreamWorks and Matt Cirulnick will write the script.

Earp: Saints for Sinners is a present-day re-imagining of Western hero Wyatt Earp as he fights outlaws “in a ravaged society where the only boomtown left is Las Vegas.”
