Milla Jovovich was kind enough to take us through the making of Resident Evil: Afterlife through her own videos and pictures posted on Twitter and as I predicted, Resident Evil: Retribution is no exception to Ms. Jovovich’s sneaky camera work. This is one of the not-so-obvious reasons why I adore Milla, she’s very cool about not only staying in contact and actually having conversations with her fans, but also giving them access to what she’s working on.

Yesterday, Milla posted a few videos from behind the scenes on Paul W.S. Anderson‘s fifth installment in the Resident Evil franchise. The first being Milla herself wielding some firearms, and the last two introducing some castmembers at the first table read for the film. In the latter videos, you’ll see some faces you recognize from the franchise like Sienna Guillory, Oded Fehr and Michelle Rodriguez, in addition to newcomers Johann Urb and Kevin Durand.

Resident Evil: Retribution directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and starring Milla Jovovich, Boris Kodjoe, Colin Salmon, Sienna Guillory, Oded Fehr, Johann Urb, Kevin Durand, Shawn Roberts and Michelle Rodriguez is slated to hit theaters on September 14th, 2012
