Ever since Pushing Daisies was cancelled, I, as well as many other fans of Bryan Fuller shows (Pushing Daisies, Dead Like Me) had been waiting for what fantastical journey he’ll take us on next. SyFy has just announced that Fuller will be taking on an adaptation of the book The Lotus Caves by John Christopher.

Fuller will be writing the pilot with fellow Daisies writer Jim Grey for this new show set in 2068 about “colonists who rebel against the rigidity of their lunar colony by exploring beyond its proscribed boundaries and discovering a series of caves ruled by a super-intelligent, alien species.”
