If you liked dinosaurs wrecking havoc every week, you can now look forward to more eps of “Primeval”. The show had been previously canceled by ITV three months ago, but BBC American and UKTV (paid channel) have ordered another 13 eps.
According to Variety, BBC Worldwide is now taking over licensing for the show to 45 countries and replaces ITV as the show’s largest investor. BBC America has teamed up with German company ProSieben to c-produce “Primeval”.
You can expect the 4th season of “Primeval” to air in early 2011, but it is unclear when exactly it will air in the States.
“Primeval” is a show about a team of scientists that hunt temporal rifts and consequently, the dinosaurs and other creatures that cross over to our world through these rifts. If I recall correctly, didn’t they just kill off their main character last season?
