After months and months of production starts and stops on the movie adaptation of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, the flick seems to be rocketing with casting news. We just reported last week that Matt Smith (Doctor Who) had become the latest addition and now we’re adding yet another member of one of our favorite kinds of shows, Game of Thrones.

Charles Dance, better known as Tywin Lannister on Game of Thrones, has nabbed a role in in this classic tale turned zombie movie, and I think we’d all agree he’d make a fine zombie slayer.

In addition to the casting news, Deadline also reports that Screen Gems has secured distribution right to the film. Screen Gems is a division of Sony and has most recently brought us Carrie, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, and Underworld: Awakening.

We’ll be sure and keep you posted on the latest for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies starring Lily James, Sam Riley, Jack Huston, Bella Heathcote, Douglas Booth, Charles Dance and Matt Smith, which is due out 2015.
