Captain Jack Sparrow’s next voyage will hit the high seas in 3D. Walt Disney Pictures chairman, Rick Ross has reportedly decided that the newest, Rob Marshall (Chicago) directed installment in the Pirates franchise will be shot in 3D.

Pirates Of The Carribean: On Stranger Tides begins filming next month in Hawaii and is slated to hit theaters on May 20th, 2011.
