Stephen Graham (Boardwalk Empire) has joined the cast of Walt Disney Pictures’ Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, directed by Rob Marshall. Graham who played Baby Face Nelson, opposite Johnny Depp in 2009’s Public Enemies will be portraying Scram, the new sidekick of Depp’s Captain Jack Sparrow.
