As a life-long Superman fan, this week has been really great for seeing all the new stuff coming out for Man of Steel starring Henry Cavill. We have some pictures follow by a little franchise news. I have no doubt that Man of Steel will do well, but stay tuned after the picture to what its success could bring.

Now according to ComicBookMovie.com the success of Man of Steel could most definitely lead to a Justice League film. Here’s what producer of Man of Steel, Charles Roven said about the possibility of more DC Comic characters hitting the movies.

[Man of Steel’s] setting the tone for what the movies are going to be like going forward. In that, Man of Steel is definitely a first step. What Zack and Chris have done with [Man of Steel] is allow you to really introduce other characters into the same world.

Ah, yes. I would love a Justice League movie!

Man of Steel starring Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Kevin Costner, Michael Shannon, Antje Traue, Julia Ormond, and Russell Crowe is slated to hit theaters June 14th.
