I tend to get emotionally involved in things I watch on TV or in the movies. Yeah, even commercials. So having TWO clips from the new movie Gravity in one day has elevated my heart rate to the point that I’m calling it my physical activity for the day.

I may have internally screamed at Sandra Bullock during this new clip, “AT WHAT POINT DO WE FREAK OUT?” This is why I’m not an astronaut.
