One Less Show to Watch in January as ABC Removes 666 PARK AVENUE

ABC today revealed that it is pulling the remaining completed episodes of 666 Park Avenue from its winter lineup entirely, in favor of a couple of comedies which will continue on in their regular Tuesday night slots on top of taking over the Sunday position. Because 10:00 on a Sunday night is a notoriously excellent slot for comedy.

Sorry for the snark, but seriously? We try to keep the coverage even-tempered and generally positive here at SciFiMafia.com, but this decision is just so frakking irritating. THR is reporting that the unaired 666 Park Avenue episodes will be shown this summer, the network version of wishing a show into the cornfield.

Sci-fi fans, we’re going to need to really pull together for Zero Hour, which premieres on February 14 at 8/7c. And hopefully the episodes that follow the excellent pilot will warrant our commitment. Best of luck to all.

666 Park Avenue, starring Rachael Taylor, Dave Annable, Terry O’Quinn, and Vanessa Williams, will air some time this summer, who knows when, on ABC.
