ABC‘s Once Upon a Time is set to bring its latest princess blockbuster into its live action show. Frozen already lends itself easily to the mix with Elsa bordering on misunderstood villain status. We know that fans of Once Upon a Time and Frozen alike will love the casting for this arc.
Ice Queen Elsa will look familiar to fans of Fringe. According to EW, Georgina Haig, who played the daughter of Olivia Dunham and Peter Bishop, Etta, in the final season of Fringe, has been cast in the role. We know she’s tough, and the hair is already perfect, so she’s a natural for the casting.
Newcomer Elizabeth Lail has been cast as princess Anna, sister to Elsa. This according to TV Line. Newcomer or not, she maintains, if nothing else, that she’s got perfect hair for the role.
Finally, and again with perfect hair, comes the casting for Kristoff, Anna’s guide in the mountains. Scott Michael Foster has had plenty of experience in TV (with Greek, Zero Hour, etc) that he can bring with his role of the kind and helpful Kristoff.
We’ll keep you posted on the latest for Once Upon a Time, staring Ginnifer Goodwin, Jennifer Morrison, Lana Parrilla, Josh Dallas, Emilie de Ravin, Colin O’Donoghue, Michael Raymond-James, Jared S. Gilmore, and Robert Carlyle, on ABC.
