Earlier this month, we brought you some cool posters for the Timur Bekmambetov (Wanted, Nightwatch) produced, Chris Gorak (Minority Report) directed Sci-Fi film, The Darkest Hour. Now, Summit Entertainment and 20th Century Fox have released a new trailer, along with a featurette for the film.

Synopsis:

The Darkest Hour is the story of five young people who find themselves stranded in Moscow, fighting to survive in the wake of a devastating alien attack. The 3D thriller highlights the classic beauty of Moscow alongside mind-blowing special effects.

The Darkest Hour starring Emile Hirsch, Olivia Thirlby, Rachael Taylor and Joel Kinnaman is slated to hit theaters on December 23rd, 2011.
