Hey, it’s September! That means we can finally say “NEXT MONTH” for the premiere of Season 5 of The Walking Dead. The good folks at AMC have released a nice chunk of photos with which we may celebrate and plan, along with a new featurette about new locations in the upcoming season.

This first set of photos includes the new “key art,” followed by what look like screen shots but are not; according to AMC, they are “gallery” (we’d call them “promo” or “portrait” or “publicity” or “glamour” – heh) pictures, and they are cool. Click on any to see ’em full size:
