New Japanese THOR Trailer Shows More New Footage From Asgard To Earth


Paramount Pictures and Marvel Studios have unleashed a new, Japanese trailer for their forthcoming film THOR, directed by Kenneth Branagh and starring Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston and Anthony Hopkins. The trailer contains quite a bit of new footage that hasn’t been seen in previous trailers or clips. Check it out below!

Synopsis:

The epic adventure THOR spans the Marvel Universe from present day Earth to the mystical realm of Asgard. At the center of the story is The Mighty Thor, a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. As a result, Thor is banished to Earth where he is forced to live among humans. When the most dangerous villain of his world sends its darkest forces to invade Earth, Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero.

THOR directed by Kenneth Branagh and starring Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Rene Russo, Stellan Skarsgard, Jaimie Alexander, Kat Dennings, Ray Stevenson, Josh Dallas, Tadanobu Asano, Idris Elba, Clark Gregg and Colm Feore is slated to hit U.K. theaters on April 29th, 2011 and U.S. theaters on May 6th, 2011.
