And great cheers rose up across the land, from fans of the freaky, crazy, and scary. Yay, us! This featurette includes several clips of cast members and production team discussing, in very general and non-spoilery ways, what we have to expect. It is so cool.

“(T)he sexiest, scariest thrill ride I have ever read”? Bring it. “… questioning ‘what is sanity? what is insanity'”? Excellent. “(E)very frickin’ thing you can be scared of, they’re throwing in here.” Oh yes, please. And wow, how perfect does Zachary Quinto look in 1964?

This featurette has us thinking that American Horror Story: Asylum just might be as freaky as its older sibling, last year’s American Horror Story. We will live in hope, until October 17, when we will finally see for ourselves.
