Get ready for some gruesome makeup and cg effects when Grimm returns tonight on NBC with a new episode entitled “Island of Dreams.” We saw her in the premiere and she’s back; Claire Coffee as Adalind, the beautiful blonde with the hidden, err, dental issues.
