Director McG aka Joseph McGinty Nichol is planning on directing two more sequels to the Terminator franchise.  During the “Watch Terminator: Salvation with the Director” on Blu-Ray Live session this past Saturday, McG let his intentions for Terminator 5 and 6 be known.

The fact that “Terminator: Salvation” met with mixed reviews and that the Terminator franchise is up for sale doesn’t seem to phase McG.  Perhaps he’s trying to correct his wrongs from “Salvation” by being so determined to do these sequels?  McG even admits that “Salvation” wasn’t his best work:

“I’m disappointed in myself that I couldn’t make the best movie.”

Somehow, Sarah Conner will also be in the sequel, but McG’s unsure of how he will pull that off.  When a viewer asked if he’d like Christian Bale would be cast in the sequels, McG skirted the question as well.
