SyFy’s American version of the British series “Being Human” has enlisted “Lost” alum Mark Pellegrino to its cast. In the context of a drama about a vampire, ghost, and werewolf attempting to live a normal life, Pellegrino will be playing Bishop, the “menacing mentor” to the vampire, Aidan, who is will be played by “Smallville” baddie and BSG alum Sam Witwer.

To say that I am excited about this casting news is an understatement. I am a fan of Pellegrino’s work in both “Lost” and “Supernatural” and to see him cast in this American version of the absolutely brilliant British series gives me hope for the success of this version.
