Kristen Stewart (The Twilight Saga) is reportedly being considered as a replacement for Angelina Jolie in Timur Bekmanbetov‘s forthcoming sequel, Wanted 2. Despite her character’s death in the first installment, Bekmanbetov said that he would bring Jolie’s character back in the sequel but, as we reported back in February – Jolie has abandoned the project altogether.

E!Online‘s insider says “Kristen was approached to fill Jolie’s hot-woman void in the franchise and met at least once with Timur Bekmambetov, the director of the series.”
