Sibling directors Andy Wachowski and Lana Wachowski (Cloud Atlas), best known for The Matrix Trilogy are heading back to their science fiction roots with their own original project entitled Jupiter Ascending. The Wachowski’s will write the screenplay, and the story is being kept tightly under wraps.

Deadline reports that the Wachowski’s and Warner Bros. Pictures are currently discussing which A-list actor to pitch the project to, and Jupiter Ascending is being targeted to start production as early as next spring.

No release date has been announced for Jupiter Ascending.
