If you missed last week’s premiere of Da Vinci’s Demons (or if you’re like me and saw it and loved it), here are a couple of clips from the episode to experience (or re-experience) before tonight’s new episode airs. In fact, they are two of my favorite scenes from the premiere.

The first demonstrates our hero as a genius at observation and engineering, and employs some great cinematic techniques, plus there’s a real joy to it. The second is just a cool bit o’ swordplay combined with our hero’s cleverness, so it’s fun.

And remember, since Starz has already approved a second season, you can feel free to relax and enjoy the series without fear of imminent cancellation! HUZZAH! So watch and enjoy the clips, then check out the TV spot that teases tonight’s new episode – it’s another good one.
