Back in December we told you that Relativity Media had their sights set on Julia Roberts (Eat Pray Love, Larry Crowne) to play the Evil Queen in their take on the Snow White story, entitled The Brothers Grimm: Snow White to be directed by Tarsem Singh (The Cell, Immortals).

Now, Relativity Media has confirmed that they’ve signed Oscar-winner Julia Roberts to play the Queen, and principal photography will begin in April.

The Brothers Grimm: Snow White is slated to hit theaters on June 29th, 2012.
