Jeremy Renner is reportedly in talks to star in board game adaptation Battleship. The Oscar contender, recently seen in The Hurt Locker, is in negotiations for a lead role in director Peter Berg’s upcoming action film based on the board game. Renner is also apparently circling another unnamed project that will have the same summer shooting schedule as Battleship.
