Is There Hope For HEROES Yet?

The viewership drop off for this once popular show has the fate of the NBC show “Heroes” in question.  Even with continually falling ratings, NBC still might renew the show.  If it does, will there be any fans left to watch a fifth season?  NBC executive, Angela Bromstad has stated that the network has not made a decision whether or not to renew the show.  The network will hear a pitch from show creator Tim Kring before making the choice.

Even if this season will be its last, this fourth season is already in the can.  The fate of the characters of “Heroes” has already been determined.

Bromstad did confirm that if the show is renewed, it will be able to run on its current budget without further cutbacks:

“Actually, Heroes has already been very responsible in having a good budget, so I don’t think that we’d be looking at cutting it further.”

Last night’s broadcast of “Heroes” scored the lowest ratings ever in the show’s history with 4.71 million viewers.

So, what do you think?  Should NBC renew “Heroes“?
