At the very end of the first Iron Man 2 trailer, we caught a glimpse of Iron Man and War Machine going toe to toe with some unidentified foes of the armored nature. We now know, thanks to Diamond Select Toys that they are a group of Justin Hammer’s Assault Drones.

Upon releasing info on their Iron Man 2 Minimates toys, they’ve given us our first look at what these Assault Drones will look like. The drones were apparently built to deal with different environments, as there is a Ground Assault Drone, an Air Assault Drone, a Tactical Assault Drone and a Sea Assault Drone. Check out the image below, featuring the drones and Justin Hammer in minimate form.

The other image (below) that Diamond Select has revealed shows one of the Hammer Drones, along with Iron Man, War Machine, Pepper Potts, Tony Stark, Whiplash, and a mysteriously blacked out minimate who’s identity is in question. Some people think it may be Whiplash’s completed armor, others are speculating that it must be Iron Man’s new armor that is visible in the trailer.
