Last year, we brought you the news when Maggie Grace (Faster) and Guy Pearce (Animal Kingdom) were cast in director Luc Besson‘s (Taken) Sci-Fi/Drama entitled, Lockout. Besson wrote the script with fellow directors James Mather (Prey Alone) and Stephen St. Leger (Prey Alone).

Synopsis:

A man wrongly convicted of conspiracy to commit espionage against the U.S. is offered his freedom if he can rescue the president’s daughter from an outer space prison taken over by violent inmates.

Lockout starring Guy Pearce, Maggie Grace and Peter Stormare is slated to hit theaters on April 20th, 2012.
