Half of Jeffster to Bark at the Moon in Werewolf Film WER

We’re about to see a side of Chuck actor Vik Sahay we’ve never seen before. Sahay is best known as half of the dynamic musical group Jeffster on NBC’s Chuck and was recently seen in American Reunion, but he’s about to demonstrate his chops in a horror film.

According to THR, Sahay is close to finalizing a deal to join the cast of werewolf film, WER. He would join A.J. Cook (Criminal Minds), Simon Quarterman (The Devil Inside) and Brian J. O’Connor (Epic Movie). WER will be directed by William Brent Bell (The Devil Inside).

WER follows the investigation into a brutal slaying of a family where the suspect may be more than he seems.  Sahay is to play Eric Sarin, a member the defense team defending Talan Gwynek, played by O’Connor.

The film is set in Paris but will begin shooting in Bucharest, Romania this month. FilmDistrict, Sierra/Affinity and Incentive Filmed Entertainment Fund are producing the project.
