George Miller is finally getting MAD MAX: FURY ROAD into gear.

We told you just the other day that Miller is reportedly interested in casting Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy, and now ABC adds a new name to the potential cast list, they are reporting that Aussie, Sam Worthington is in the running as well.

If that rumor wasn’t enough, THR is reporting that the movie will in fact film in Oz next year, in both Sydney and outback New South Wales and is bringing a $100 million budget.

Now, we also have video from ABC with Miller talking about (and showing off) a bit of the cars for his new Mad Max, dubbing them “Hybrids cobbled together from the wrecks of the past” and he also basically denies any of the casting rumors (of course), so we’ll see.
