GAME OF THRONES: Taste of Westeros… On a Food Truck?

This week and next, you might be able to sample food inspired by the seven kingdoms of Westeros. In anticipation of HBO’s premiere of the television adaptation of George R.R. Martin’s epic Game of Thrones series, chef Tom Colicchio has composed several dishes inspired by these varied lands. These tastes of Westeros will be served via food truck in New York this week and Los Angeles next week.

The Game of Thrones food truck will be offering free meals of a different region each weekday. There will only be three hundred meals served per day so be nimble and quick! The locations and serving times of the food trucks will be posted on the Game of Thrones Facebook and Twitter feeds.
