HBO has already ordered a second season for the highly anticipated television adaptation of George R.R. Martin’s Game of Thrones fantasy series. 4.2 million viewers tuned in to watch the series premiere this past Sunday and having seen how well David Benioff and D.B. Weiss and the whole Game of Thrones cast and crew have adapted Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire in just one episode, fans will no doubt tune into a second season of the series.
