FRINGE Spoiler: Tonight’s Season Finale Will Be The End For One of The Characters

Tonight’s season finale of Fox’s Fringe time shifts us fifteen years into the future where our universe is literally falling apart at the seams in an episode titled “The Day We Died.” Star Jasika Nicole gave us a clue to what kind of world Peter has woken up in:

“The entire finale takes place in this new world. It’s not an alternate world, but the future [of our world]… You get to see where everybody is in the future. This is about fifteen years or so past where we left off.”

It is not just the fabric of the universe in danger, there is a civil war brewing! Terrorists seek to deliver the universe to its maker sooner than it can rip itself apart. If this weren’t enough to handle already, showrunner, Jeff Pinkner, has also revealed that:

“Somebody who [fans of the show] love deeply will be killed off in the finale.”

Who do you think it will be? In the meantime, check out this behind-the-scenes look at tonight’s season finale:
