Another show put on hold by the Winter Olympics being held in Vancouver this year is FOX’s “Fringe”.  “Fringe” that stars Anna Torv, Joshua Jackson, and John Noble, will go on hiatus starting February 11th and return to air its seven remaining episodes of the second season on April 1, 2010 at the same time and day of the week.

During this seven week hiatus, FOX will air seven episodes of its midseason replacement, “Past Life”, written by David Hudgins (Friday Night Lights) and adapted from the book “The Reincarnationist” by M. J. Rose.  “Past Life” is a dramatic series following the investigations of a pair of past-life detectives who seek to find answers to the question “Is what is happening to you today a result of who you were in a past life?”.  “Past Life” will begin with a two hour premiere on February 11, 2010 at 8-10pm ET/PT and slide down to take “Fringe”s regular slot the following weeks of its run 9-10pm ET/PT.

So, put a note on your TV calendar that “Fringe”s winter finale will be on February 4, 2010! “Past Life” begins the following week!
